At SimpleModern, we offer a 30-day no-reason return and exchange policy. You may request a return or exchange within 30 calendar days after delivery, with or without providing a reason.
How to Start a Return or Exchange
Please contact our customer care team before sending any item back. Once your request is approved, we will provide return instructions and a prepaid return shipping label.
We cover return shipping costs for:
- No-reason returns and exchanges;
- Damaged or defective items;
- Incorrect items; and
- Missing items or other verified quality issues.
Unauthorized returns may experience delays in processing.
Problems With an Order
If your order arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us promptly. We will work with you to provide an appropriate solution, including replacement, exchange, refund, or other remedies available under applicable consumer laws.
Return Conditions
For no-reason returns, items should be returned in their original condition and include:
- Original packaging;
- Accessories;
- Proof of purchase; and
- No avoidable damage or excessive use.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for no-reason returns:
- Custom-made or personalized products;
- Clearance items or products marked Final Sale;
- Gift cards; and
- Opened intimate or hygiene-sensitive products.
These exclusions do not affect your rights regarding damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing items where consumer protection laws apply.
Exchanges
Eligible exchanges may be requested within the same 30-day period. Replacement items may be shipped after the returned item is received and inspected, or another exchange solution may be arranged.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect the returned item, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days after the refund is issued for the amount to appear in your account. Final posting times depend on your bank or payment provider.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled before shipment. Once an order has shipped, requests are handled according to this Refund Policy.
